You can pay for your Westlink M7 travel online with a credit card. Simply enter the toll notice number from the top of your notice.

If you can't find the number, you can search for your toll notice using your licence plate number.

Received a toll notice from a different provider?

If the toll notice is for a road other than Westlink M7, you’ll need to follow that provider's payment process. Select from one of the following:

    You can use your e-TAG account to pay your outstanding Sydney toll notices to receive a discount on the admin fee. You can save up to $8.90 on first notices and $17.80 on follow-up notices when you transfer them to your account.

    This offer is valid for toll notices that are up to 5 years old.

    Already got an e-TAG?

    1. Search for outstanding Toll Notices
    2. Select Charge these trips to my tag account and use your account number and e-TAG number to complete the form

    Haven't got an e-TAG account?

    1. Open a Roam e-TAG account online
    2. Once you've received your e-TAG in the mail, search for outstanding toll notices
    3. Select Charge these trips to my tag account and use your account number and e-TAG number to complete the request

    I received a toll notice for a car that no longer belongs to me

    If this happens, you can transfer the toll notice to the new owner.

    To do this, download and complete a statutory declaration form. You will need to provide the new owner's name, address and driver's licence number. This must be witnessed and signed by an authorised person (a legal practitioner or a Justice of the Peace).

    You'll need a separate statutory declaration for each toll notice.

    I was not driving the vehicle at the time of travel

    If this happens, you can transfer the toll notice by nominating the person driving at the time.

    To do this, download and complete a statutory declaration form. You will need to provide the new owner's name, address and driver's licence number. This must be witnessed and signed by an authorised person (a legal practitioner or a Justice of the Peace).

    You'll need a separate statutory declaration for each toll notice.

    If you believe your toll notice has been issued by mistake, you can lodge an objection. 

    To lodge an objection, contact us and provide the information listed below.

    You can email your objection using our contact form or provide details via post to:

    You must provide:

    1. A copy of the front of the toll notice or the following toll notice details:
      • toll notice number on the payment slip
      • licence plate number
      • state of vehicle registration
    2. Details explaining the reason for the objection, signed by the lodger

    Lodge your objection as soon as possible to avoid additional fees incurred from the toll notice. If posting, make sure you send your objection at least 7 days prior to the toll notice due date to ensure we get your details in time.

    I can't find my toll notice using my licence plate number

    It can take 4 to 6 days for your toll notice to appear on our system. 

    If your toll notice doesn't appear using a licence plate number search and it has been more than 6 days since you travelled, contact our customer care team and we'll investigate the issue for you.
