Customer Ombudsman

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint you have raised with Roam you can contact the Tolling Customer Ombudsman.

The Ombudsman:

  • provides an independent dispute resolution service, at no cost to you
  • works with you and Roam to investigate your complaint
  • proposes a way to resolve the complaint

The Ombudsman cannot handle matters that:
