My e-TAG isn't beeping
Your e-TAG should beep as you pass through toll points on the road. If it doesn't, the e-TAG may need to be reinstalled or is faulty.

Ordering a new tag
When ordering a new e-TAG, you’ll need to pay a deposit of $40. Your previous e-TAG deposit will be refunded to your Roam account.
If your e-TAG is leased, you do not need to pay a deposit for a replacement e-TAG. However, your account will continue to be charged for any e-TAGs linked to your account until we receive the faulty e-TAG back in the mail.
