Damaged or broken e-TAGs
As long as your Roam account is active, you can easily order a new e-TAG to replace the broken one. Contact our customer care team and we'll arrange for a replacement tag to be sent to you.
If you originally paid a deposit for the tag, a $40 deposit is still required for a new one, but this will be refunded to your account when we receive the broken tag.
If your tag is leased, a replacement will be issued. If the broken tag is not returned within 21 days a $40 non-return fee will be charged to your account.
