Ordering a replacement e-TAG
As long as your Roam account is active, you can easily order a replacement e-TAG. Contact our customer care team and we'll arrange for a replacement tag to be sent to you.
If you originally paid a deposit for the tag, you will be charged an additional $40 for the new tag. This will be refunded to your account when we receive the broken tag.
If your tag is leased, a replacement will be issued. If the broken tag is not returned within 21 days a $40 non-return fee will be charged to your account.
