How do I add, delete or replace a contact person on a commercial account?
You can add, delete or replace a person listed on a commercial account if you’re listed as the primary contact. All you need to do is give us a call on 1300 656 884 . We have a dedicated customer service centre that’s open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If you aren't already an authorised contact, you can send an email request from a company email address to email@example.com.
You can also send us a written request by post so long as you use a business letterhead. You'll need to include the name, contact number and e-mail address of the person you want to add, delete or replace. Mail the request to:
