What happens if I don't pay my toll notice?
If you don’t pay a toll notice by the due date you will be sent a final notice. A final notice includes an additional administration fee.
If the final notice remains unpaid by the due date, you may be issued with an infringement notice from Revenue NSW. This will include a charge of $180. Failure to pay this may result in prosecution.
Avoiding additional fees is easy. You can pay a toll notice online or in person.
