I received a toll notice even though I set up a Visitor's e-PASS to cover my travel
If you bought a Visitor's e-PASS within 3 days of travelling and you received a Westlink M7 toll notice, you can lodge an objection with us and we'll investigate.
To lodge an objection, contact us and provide the information listed below.

You must include:
- A copy of the front of the toll notice or the following toll notice details:
- toll notice number on the payment slip
- licence plate number
- state of vehicle registration
- Details explaining the reason for the objection, signed by the lodger
Lodge your objection as soon as possible to avoid additional fees incurred from the toll notice. If posting, make sure you send your objection at least 7 days prior to the toll notice due date to ensure we get your details in time.
