If your e-TAG has stopped working, fill out the form below to order a replacement. You'll need your 10 or 12-digit e-TAG number to complete the order.
If you originally paid a deposit for the tag, you'll still need to pay a $40 deposit for the new one, but we'll refund this to your account when we receive your old tag.
If your tag is leased, we'll send you out a new one. Just note, if we don't receive your old tag within 21 days, a $40 non-return fee will be charged to your account.
