A quarterly toll adjustment on the Westlink M7 will take effect from 1 April 2017 to 30 June 2017.

The adjustment is in accordance with the project deed signed between Westlink M7 and Roads and Maritime Services in 2015.

Tolls on Westlink M7 are adjusted quarterly in line with movements in the CPI. Westlink M7 uses a distance-based tolling system. For trips of less than 20 kilometres, the toll is calculated on a cents per kilometre rate. For trips of more than 20 kilometres, the toll is capped at 20 kilometres.

For cars and motorcycles, the GST inclusive cents per kilometre rate will increase from 39.24 cents to 39.46 cents. The GST inclusive maximum toll will be $7.89 and the minimum toll will be $0.53. This is a Consumer Price Index (CPI) related adjustment only. Tolls on Westlink M7 are adjusted quarterly in line with movements in the CPI.

For heavy vehicles, the GST inclusive cents per kilometre rate will increase from 117.72 cents to 118.37 cents. The GST inclusive maximum toll will be $23.67 and the minimum toll will be $1.59.
